looking for an experienced finance professional who can maintain an overview, bring structure to the work, and enjoys working within an ambitious and growing organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A level of work and thinking equivalent to a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or in a similar position.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and management accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience
