Koonings
At Koonings, experience and hospitality are key. Besides helping you find your dream dress, wedding suit or party outfit at the world’s largest bridal store in Deurne, we pamper our guests in our beauty salon and in our restaurants. Every day here, both national and international guests say “YES” to the outfit for one of the most special days of their lives.
Work is well underway on the next step of our new dream, “The Wedding Castle” in Valkenburg. In addition to a beautiful new bridal store, it will also house a beauty salon, two restaurants and a hotel. This will allow us to make the experience and hospitality even more special and complete. The hotel and restaurants will offer a high level of hospitality and be a real gastronomic experience for our guests.
About this position
For our restaurants we are looking for someone who cooks the stars from the sky. Together with the team you will prepare the most delicious dishes for lunch and dinner for our guests. You provide a culinary menu that fits within the atmosphere of the beautiful castle. You are one of the main faces of the kitchen, a born leader and a real team player. You oversee the quality of the dishes, do the purchasing and calculate cost prices.
Profile
You have a warm personality, are customer friendly and have a great desire to give your guests a wonderful experience. As a hospitality person you are also a real team player, flexible and can keep your calm and overview even during busy peak hours.
Who are you?
- You have relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- You are an enthusiastic team player who dares to take responsibility.
- Your regular working days will be Saturdays and (every other week) Sundays. Other working days are by arrangement.
- Available for a minimum of 24 hours per week.
