Hostess/stylist
At Koonings The Wedding Castle and our hotel and restaurant at Kasteel Oost in Valkenburg, we are looking for a hospitable and enthusiastic hostess who can offer our guests an unforgettable experience. As a hostess you are the first point of contact and the business card of this location. With your warm welcome and personal guidance you will make sure that every guest feels immediately at home, whether they come for a bridal appointment, a hotel stay, or a dinner in our restaurant.

Besides helping you find your dream dress, wedding suit or party outfit at the world’s largest bridal store in Deurne, we pamper our guests in our beauty salon and in our restaurants. Every day here, both national and international guests say “YES” to the outfit for one of the most special days of their lives.
Work is well underway on the next step of our new dream, “The Wedding Castle” in Valkenburg. In addition to a beautiful new bridal store, it will also house a beauty salon, two restaurants and a hotel. This will allow us to make the experience and hospitality even more special and complete. The hotel and restaurants will offer a high level of hospitality and be a real gastronomic experience for our guests.
About this position
As a hostess/stylist, you will contribute to the experience we offer at Koonings The Wedding Castle and our hotel and restaurant at Kasteel Oost in Valkenburg. You will welcome our guests and guide them to their appointment, whether it is a bridal appointment, hotel or restaurant reservation.
Profile
You are enthusiastic, presentable and sociable, with a natural flair for hospitality. You like to go the extra mile to exceed our customers' expectations and make every guest feel special and welcome. With your friendly and professional attitude, you contribute to the unique experience we want to offer our guests. In addition, you are structured and love an organized schedule. If this planning does not go as planned, you keep your head cool and think in solutions.
Who are you?
- MBO work and thinking level.
- You have experience as a hostess, receptionist or administrative assistant.
- You have a presentable appearance, are spontaneous and customer-oriented.
- You have experience in sales and can't wait to help brides-to-be find their dream dress.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language and preferably also of German and English, as we receive clients from abroad on a very regular basis.
- Even in busy times, you keep your head cool and know what's going on regarding ongoing appointments.
- Your regular work day is Saturday and every other week you will also work on Sunday. Other days are negotiable.

- 25 vacation days obv 38-hour work week.
