Work is well underway on the next step of our new dream, “The Wedding Castle” in Valkenburg. In addition to a beautiful new bridal store, it will also house a beauty salon, two restaurants and a hotel. This will allow us to make the experience and hospitality even more special and complete. The hotel and restaurants will offer a high level of hospitality and be a real gastronomic experience for our guests.
About this position
As a seamstress you take care of all the alteration work related to our bridal fashion. This may include wedding dresses, men's suits, as well as communion garments. Duties include cutting, lacing, sewing, hemming and estimating the time needed per garment. Setting out and taking in clothes is also part of your duties. Our stylists use your expertise during fitting appointments to advise our customers. You enjoy helping them and see it as a joint challenge to make the customer shine on their special day with a smile and the perfect outfit.
Profile
You have a real passion for the craft and have an eye for detail and creativity. You are flexible and patient, customer-oriented and know what is important for delivering high quality and perfectly fitting garments.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 2 years all-round experience as a seamstress (Experience in bridal fashion is a plus).
- You are meticulous and have an understanding of cutter work.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You enjoy customer contact, are customer-friendly and flexible.

- Part-time or full-time position (working days negotiable).
- 25 vacation days obv 38-hour work week.
