Coordination of vendors
From the photographer to the florist, we make sure all vendors are on time and know exactly what is expected of them.
Welcoming and guiding guests
Your guests will be warmly welcomed and guided so that they feel immediately welcome. We make sure everyone is in the right place and doesn’t have to worry about anything.
Dressing the venue
Have you arranged your own decorations or are you working with a decorator? We make sure everything gets to the right place and the venue is all set up for your big moment.
Music and technical support
If desired, we will turn on your own chosen music during the ceremony and ensure that all technical aspects run smoothly.
